A Filipino family in Australia is using their young son's life-saving liver transplant journey to advocate for organ donation ahead of his participation in the 2026 Transplant Games.

- In 2019, then 2-year-old Sebastian Molina underwent a liver transplant due to complications from a lung tumor. This required his parents, Aurora and Paul, to stay at the Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney for 6 months to care for their eldest child.
- Sebastian will compete in the 2026 Australian Transplant Games in Launceston, Tasmania, from September 26 to October 3. He will participate in the 50-meter run, ball throw, long jump, and swimming alongside hundreds of transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, and supporters from across Australia.
