  • Filipino is the country’s official language.
  • According to the 2021 Census conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), out of more than 310,000 Filipino migrants in Australia, 40.4% said they speak Tagalog at home, while 28.2% said they speak Filipino.
