Will Bongbong Marcos succeed in positioning himself to return the family in power?

It is said that the candidacy for vice-president of the Bongbong Marcos, the only son of former President Ferdinand Marcos, is the ultimate way to remain in a high national government position as he ends his term in the Senate at end-June. But despite Bongbong Marcos expressing his desire to continue serving the people, many still question whether if this is a way for the Marcoses to be back in power or this can be their demise from the national limelight if he ever losses this coming election?
