The Federal Circuit Court will hear an appeal tomorrow (fri)against last month's (nov) dismissal of the case involving three students and the Queensland University of Technology.

 

The matter became a focus of the ongoing debate over whether section 18C of the federal Racial Discrimination Act should be changed.
