Bagong listahan ng mga may kasanayang trabaho na maaaring magamit sa pag-apply ng visa sa Australya

Mula sa araw na ito, ika-17 ng Enero 2018, ang mga pagbabago sa talaan ng mga may kasanayang trabaho na maaaring magamit sa aplikasyon para sa mga programa ng visa patungong Australya ay magiging epektibo at ipapatupad. Tignan kung kasama ang inyong trabaho sa talaan!

Batay sa Department of Home affairs (dating Department of Immigration and Border Protection), kabilang sa mga pagbabago ang mga trabaho na:

  • idaragdag sa listahan ng mga karapat-dapat na trabahong may kasanayan;
  • mga trabahong ililipat sa pagitan ng Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) at Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) para sa mga particular na programa ng visa; o
  • mga aalising trabaho mula sa tala ng mga karapat-dapat na trabahong may kasanayan.
Ang Talaan ng mga karapat-dapat na trabahong may kasanayan (na babaguhin kada anim na buwan) ay inilabas ng Kagawaran at magsisimulang maging epektibo nitong ika-17 ng Enero 2018.

May mga pagbabago (kabilang ang mga karagdagan) sa ilang mga caveats (na ipinapahiwatig sa pamamagitan ng ‘*** asterisk’) na hindi nagsasama sa paggamit ng trabaho sa ilang mga pangyayari. Ang buod ng Caveats on occupations ay makikita sa tala.

Samantala, ang mag pagbabago ay makakaapekto lamang sa mga aplikasyon na ipinasa sa araw o matapos ang araw ng ika-17 ng Enero 2018. Ang mga aplikasyon na ipinasa bago ang petsa na ito ay hindi maaapektuhan.

Mga trabaho na idinagdag sa talaan

Tatlong trabaho - ang Property Manager, Psychotherapist at Real Estate Representative - which were previously unavailable on either list, will be added to the STSOL. Details of any caveats applicable to these three occupations are shown on the chart below.

Note: To align the Training (subclass 407) visa with other visa programs, a number of occupations which were previously not eligible for this visa will be available when the instrument comes into effect.

Two occupations will be completely removed from the lists of eligible skilled occupations for all skilled visa programs on 17 January 2018 as shown below.
