Ito ang isang pamilyar na Pinoy dessert na gumagamit ng hinog na mangga, gata, sago at rice bubbles.

Mga sangkap:

1 can gata

1 can kondensada

Sago

Asukal

Hinog na mangga at rice bubbles para sa topping

Paraan ng pagluluto:
1.Pakuluin ang sago ng 20 minuto. Patayin ang apoy and iwan ang sago sa tubig hanggang maluto ito.

2. Initin ang gata, kondensada at asukal. Haluin at palamigin.

3. Ilagay ang mixture sa lalagyanan. I-top ng mangga at rice bubbles.

4. Ihain.
