Isang malakas na bagyo ang nasa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility, ang Bagyong Emong. Taglay nito ang pinakamalakas na hangin na mula 120 hanggang 165 kilometro bawat oras at nasa kanlurang bahagi ng Luzon.
