Ayon sa dating nurse na si Chef Jigs Liwanag dahil sa kanyang Lechon Paksiw Pie, hindi lang ang kanyang pangalan ang nakilala, pati kulturang Pilipino at inialay niya ito lahat sa alaala ng kanyang namayapang Lola.
