Ang tinatawag na glocalization ni Jollibee, mula Pilipinas sumikat na ito sa iabt ibang bahagi ng mundo kung saan maraming naninirahang Pilipino Ang Filipino fast food chain Jollibee ay nakilala na sa ibang bansa sa mga lugar kung saan maraming naninirahang Pilipino nakilala na ito sa Asya, at Estados Unidos. Kahit pa ang sikat na si Anthony Bourdain ay naintriga sa bubuyog at naging paksa ito sa isa mga episode ng palabas na No Reservations


Kinausap natin ang  Pilipina academic mula Unibersidad ng Pilipinas  SC Ponce tungkol sa 'glocalization' ni Jollibee, tinalakay ni SC Ponce ang kanyang pagsasaliksik sa naganap na  International Research Forum on the Philippines 2017  pinamunuan ng Philippine Australia Studies Centre sa La Trobe University at ng  Filipino Australia Student Council (FASTCO)
