Sa kauna-unahang pop-up dinner series ng Filipino Food Movement Australia, matitikman ang iba't-ibang putahe na may katangi-tanging sangkap-niyog. Ibabahagi ng Head chef na si Andrei Balingit at Pinay chef na si Dhanae Dizon ang katangi-tanging lutuin mula Katimugan Rehiyon ng Pilipinas gamit ang mga sangkap mula Australya at kanilang ihahain ang lutuing Pinoy na may 'kurot' ng lasa ng niyog.
