Bata pa lang ay nahilig na sa photography si Carlo. Nagsimula siyang makabuo ng koneksyon nang bumili siya ng kanyang unang camera. Ang simpleng hobby ay naging daan sa pagkuha ng litrato ng mga tao at paghatid ng kanilang kwento.

Carlo Almadro is one of the co-founders of a small creative community called Pogigraphy and was the former lead organiser between February 2023 and May 2024.
