Ang Royal Commission into Mental Health ay opisyal na nagbukas as Victoria kung saan naganap ang unang pagdinig sa Melbourne nito lamang Martes. Ngunit sinabi ng Mental health foundation Australia hindi sila masaya sa katapusang petsa ng komisyon dahil matagal ng alam ng estado na ang sistema ay sira at nangangailangan ng mabilisang aksyon.
