Call for universal ban on nuclear weapons

The Nuclear weapon states are calling for a universal ban on atomic weapons as Russia intensifies the attack on Ukraine. The Kremlin has been accused of actively working against the idea of a global outlawing of explosives.

The United States has met with Japan and Germany at the Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons [[NPT]] at the United Nations in New York City. The U-S Secretary of State Antony Blinken claims that a renewal of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal remains the best outcome for his country and the rest of the world.
