Hobart-resident Peter Gordon has spent much of the last ten years being a stay-at-home dad to his son and two stepchildren. But he was always desperate to find permanent work, and went to job-agencies for help. He would get small jobs but nothing consistent. He is frustrated with the treatment he has received.
