This year, a white Christmas even in Southern Finland and the traditional declaration of the Christmas peace took place in Turku at noon on Christmas eve. Timo remembers his visits to Australia in the eighties and especially experiencing very different, Summer Christmas celebrations. Now Timo celebrates a quiet Christmas in Tapanila on the outskirts of Helsinki with his wife, Ylva. Their two sons have left home to study.
