COVID-19 has seen a big decline in volunteering in the past year, with one in every 10 volunteers yet to return to work.


Covid-19 has caused disruptions everywhere in our society. Lockdowns and restrictions are clearly visible results of this. There are also less  visible  effects that are no less important.   Not only are there are 10 percent fewer people volunteering, but demand for the services they provide is up by 43 percent.
