With so many people trying to stay home as much as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become more important than ever to try and stay active and healthy.
Gyms are closed, but parks are open. Personal training is allowed, but only on a one-on-one basis. Public swimming pools are no-go zones, but golf clubs are allowed to be open. Some beaches are closed, but not all of them - the status of the beaches also changes often. If you find the restrictions around exercise confusing, you're not alone.
