Every over 16 years old refugee has to study a course to become familiar with how Finnish society works. The Finnish interior minister, Kai Mykkännen, suggests that there should also be an examinaton to establish the the newcomers actually have absorbed the knowledge from the course.

The scandal relating to private aged care facilities continues, the problem is that  high quality care  is not profitable while the lowest possible standard is highly profitable.
