Labor's Mark McGowan crushes Liberals in WA election

Labor has won a second term in government for Western Australia after a landslide victory in the state election this weekend.

Many incumbent political leaders across Australia have seen a rise in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic, but arguably none like Western Australia's Mark McGowan. Labor's parliamentary majority could be the biggest held by any party in W-A's history. Mr. McGowan says the Labor  government plans to achieve more for the community.
