2.44 million Australians have downloaded the COVIDSafe app since its launch on Sunday night and the government hopes to eventually have 10 million people using the tracing app. As the transmission of the virus is relatively low in Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales have ben prompted to announce some easing of the restrictions. There is, however, reason to proceed with care when lifting restrictions.
