Record warm weather in Finland, president Sauli Niinistö active in foreign policy, he has met with Russian president Vladimir Putin and also with the French president, Emmanuel Macron.  President Niinistö gave his 70th birthday interview where he also held his young son who was born late last year.   Parliament has returned to debate the social services and health services reform and the budget.
