Representatives of he Finnish expatriate parliament met with Finnish parlamentarians, among the topics discussed were the support for overseas Finnish schools and information about international  postal voting in Finnish elections. The Saami museum in Inari is due to be expanded, the sculpture park in Parikkala draws record numbers of visitors and on a lighter note, the residents of Tampere get to vote on the colour of the new trams in the city
