Victoria doctors say - wear a mask!

The Victorian branch of the Australian Medical Association is calling on people to wear masks as the health systems struggles to cope demand. The AMA says wearing a face covering is a simple way to protect yourself and others as cases of COVID and influenza continue to rise.

Many Victorians breathed a sigh of relief when mask mandates were scrapped. But the Australian Medical Association recommends voluntary wearing  of a face mask to help reduce the transmission of COVID and other viruses.  This will decrease the risk of  infecting other people, family members, their kids and grandparents, because COVID is still putting people in hospital and people are still dying because of COVID]
