A new report from Deloitte has found Australian women are experiencing higher workloads since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite more workplaces incorporating flexible work at home practices, 76 percent of women surveyed said their work responsibilities had actually increased with 61 percent a similar increase when managing households and families.

The new report has found since the pandemic, the work-life balance is tipping. While employers offer more work from home options, the changes increase pressure on women. Woman are doing more work and they're doing more household related management styled work and  the benefits of flexibility can also be some of the downsides.
