Employees across Australia are hoping to keep the benefits of working from home beyond the pandemic. New research reveals most would like the flexibility to continue long-term, but companies are less enthusiastic about the remote working model


New research has found two-thirds of staff [[63%]] prefer so-called "hybrid" work models and would like to continue to working from home part-time post-pandemic.
 But Australian companies are less enthusiastic, saying such arrangements will only be available to about 40 per cent of staff.  The authors of the study say that workplaces will need listen to their employees, or risk losing them.
