Accused of drug trafficking, a 17-year-old teenager will appear in a children's court, while the 25-year-old French-born woman is scheduled to appear - along with three other people - in Ballarat's trial court on Tuesday.
On Friday, a young man in his twenties had to be rushed to hospital after an overdose. His condition is still very worrying.
During the weekend, more than fifteen people were arrested for drug-related offenses. Yet this has not stopped the partygoers from continuing to consume in plain sight.
Police forces and drug-sniffing dogs were present in the field and found the presence of cannabis, ketamine or MDMA.
"Those who engage in illegal activities can expect to be charged and deported from the event," Inspector Dan Davison, commander of the local Ballarat sector, told The Daily Mail.
"We will continue to have a high visible presence that will continue to detect and deter any illegal activity."
Another tragedy is the death of the 19-year-old Australian girl, Lucy Groen. While attending the festival, the early childhood education student at the University of Victoria died in a car accident.
The driver, an 18-year-old Aspendale woman, was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries, according to the Herald Sun.

The same day, a van from the festival, drove on a tent which sheltered three festival-goers. They were injured, an investigation is opened.
