Kirby and Jacob Gibbons took the plunge with their three young children (Axl, age 6 - Darci, age 4, and Bonnie, age 3), touring Australia, in a caravan for two years, spending the bare minimum.

With the money earned from selling their home, they decided to rebuild a caravan, and the result is just amazing.
This Tasmanian family decided to travel to their homeland for two years, a challenge half-successful because it's been a year since they took the road.

They also have a very strict financial goal: do not spend more than $ 5.80 a day.
Concerning the children's education, Kirby and Jacob enrolled their eldest son, Axl, at a Tasmanian Correspondence School to receive schoolwork.

We work through it together and our girls also enjoy joining in and learning,' Ms Gibbons said to the Daily Mail.

Apart from schoolwork, Kirby Gibbons assures that this trip forms mostly at the school of life.
