A national tribute to Charles Aznavour Friday morning at Les Invalides

After the goodbyes, the illuminated Eiffel Tower, the songs resonating in the world, a national tribute will be made to the "last giant" of the French music at the invalids this Friday, October 5 in Paris.

Artist Charles Aznavour died on Monday in France at the age of 94 years.

The Elysee announced Tuesday night, a national tribute claimed by parliamentarians since the announcement of his death will take place this Friday morning in Paris and French president, Emmanuel Macron will deliver a speech.

As for the countries of his parents, Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pachinian, plans to proclaim a day of "national mourning" on Aznavour's funerals.

According to Le Parisien, the artist will be buried in the Yvelines, at the Montfort-l'Amaury cemetery, in the family vault with his parents, and his son, Patrick, who died at the age of 25.

In 2009 in Corsica Matin, Aznavour confided: "My land is French, I built a small vault in a 12th-century cloister in my commune, Montfort-l'Amaury."
