We can read on the French version of the website that it's the "first dating website for demanding singles". By demanding, they mean that members pick who is allowed to join and that they mostly decide base on their looks.
"Each new application request is submitted to our community. To join, fill in your profile truthfully and submit it to our members, who have three days to vote for you," explains the website.
Around 30% of applications were accepted since the recent launch of the website in Australia and New Zealand.
If you're accepted, you'll be allowed to look at other members' profiles, but if you want to message them, you'll have to pay a membership between $20 and $50 a month. Pretty expensive compared to the popular app Tinder.
Created in France in 2007, Attractive World is now present in 25 countries.
