A beautiful story, related by the French newspaper Le Parisien.

Between 1982 and 2015, Annick Daguenet, a maternal assistant, cared for no less than 200 children.

Now retired, she sent an invitation to "her children" to come and visit her at home in la Sarthe and about 80 of them have responded, making the trip sometimes from afar like Flora, 26 years old, who came from Canada where she lives now.

"The last time she came to my house, she was 9 years old, it was in 2001," recalls the nanny.

She invited them all to Vibraye, at her place, "It was a day with lots of emotions, tears, and happiness".

Since 1985, the time has passed, "Many of the children I have been caring for today are adults," says Annick, very proud, "they have careers and have started their own families".

A nice family meeting that allowed all these "old children" and the nanny to meet, to share and to remember good anecdotes. Annick is now retired, but confesses she remains nostalgic for these years, "They brought me only happiness during all these years".
