Notre Dame: Bernard Arnault (LVMH) promises 200 million Euros

The luxury magnate promises to give 200 million euros for the reconstruction of the building

The family of French billionaire Bernard Arnault and his LVMH luxury goods group will donate 200 million euros to help repair the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, a statement released on behalf of the group said.

"The Arnault family and the LVMH group wish to show their solidarity with this national tragedy and come together to contribute to the reconstruction of this extraordinary cathedral, symbol of France, its heritage and its unity".
