The coronavirus crisis is wreaking havoc in the restaurant industry. Among the French chefs, we are adapting as best we can to this new situation. We talked about it with pastry chef Pierrick Boyer, Luc La Joye from Loluk Bistro, and with Florian Guillemard, crêperies Four Frogs.
