Depuis l'abrogation de la loi Medevac, environ 180 réfugiés transférés depuis Nauru et la Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée sont enfermés indéfiniment dans des hôtels... Parmi ceux-ci, l'hôtel Mantra de Bell City à Melbourne, qui appartient au groupe français Accor.
