Der australische Insektenforscher Geoff Monteith hat in seinem Leben 200.000 Insekten gesammelt. Rund 240 tragen in Teilen seinen Namen. Damit hat er es in die Liga von Charles Darwin, Alfred Wallace und Alexander von Humboldt geschafft.
