ECB cuts rates, extends stimulus package

The European Central bank has announced a series of economic stimulus measures, including interest rate cuts in an effort to revive the Eurozone economy.The main interest rate dropped to zero and another was reduced to minus 0.4 per cent. The ECB also expanded its bond buying programme - known as quantitative easing. Spiros Papastefanou reports
