'Ενα εύκολο, νόστιμο και κάπως ασυνήθιστο ντιπ μας δίνει η 'Αντζελα Νικολέττου. Μαζί της η Ντίνα Γερολύμου.


Tahini dip

Ingredients

¼ cup tahini

1 ½ cups thick plain yoghurt

2 tbs lemon juice

2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove, crushed

¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

salt & pepper

 

Method

Crush garlic clove and add to the lemon juice. Let marinate for a few minutes before using.

Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to create a smooth dip. Adjust seasoning and add extra lemon juice if needed.

 Options: you can add dill, mint or chopped up black olives.
