In 2007, Nikos Koulousias was announced the best chef in Northern Greece. At the time he had already cooked "stifado," a greek traditional dish, for President Vladimir Putin.

Nikos Koulousias, in a recent interview, said that the preparations for the Royal Wedding Menu have started as early as March while the team of chefs are still trying to finalize the menu for the Royal Wedding that will take place on May 19, 2018 at the Windsor Castle.

Mr. Koulousias also said that there will be alternative menus for guests with special dietary requirements.

"Greek olive oil will be high up on the list of ingredients we are going to use" said the greek chef.

"I feel proud to bring the greek flag to Windsor Palace"
