These are the countries that made it to Sunday's Grand Final. The prognostics lean towards Netherlands winning the contest, with Australia being the favorite to win second place.

The Grand final starts LIVE at 5am on Sunday 20 May on SBS and SBS On Demand. From that point on you will be able to vote for your favourite performance, with the exception of Australia. You can also watch the prime-time broadcast at 8:30pm on Sunday.
