Family and friends farewell Courtney Herron, nine days after she was allegedly murdered in a Melbourne park.

Tears flowed on mourners who had come to farewell the Courtney (Konstantina) Herron whose body was found next to logs last Saturday in Royal Park in Melbourne.

A funeral program shared photos of Ms Herron’s childhood and messages of love for the young woman.

“Do not mourn my absence, feel me close and still talk to me,” it read.

“I will love you from Heaven as I have loved you on Earth.”
