Four injured as ute ploughs into bus stop in Sydney CBD

An elderly man is in a critical condition and three others have been injured after a ute ploughed into a bus stop at Broadway in Sydney CBD.

A male pedestrian aged in his 70s was taken to RPA hospital with critical injuries and a second male pedestrian to North Shore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Another man was taken to RPA with non-life-threatening leg injuries and the driver to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment to minor injuries and mandatory testing.

The crash occurred at Victoria Park on the corner of Parramatta Road and Glebe Point Road.
