Labor breached parliamentary campaigning rules: Victorian Ombudsman

The Victorian Ombudsman has found 21 Labor MPs breached the parliament Members' Guide in the lead up to the 2014 state election.

Labor has been forced to pay back almost $400,000 following revelations field organisers, who were also employed as electorate officers, were paid with parliamentary funds.
