Man arrested over suspicious packages sent to foreign diplomatic missions

Police have arrested 49 year old Savas Avan, from Shepparton Victoria, whom they allege is the one who mailed the suspicious packages that were mailed to a number of embassies and consulates in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.
