Western United FC will be the new team of Greek professional football player Panagiotis Kone.

The 31-year-old attacking midfielder is the first player to join the Hyundai A-League’s newest team, who will enter the competition in the 2019/2020 season.

Panagiotis Kone has played professional football in Greece (AEK, Iraklis) before he moved to Serie A club Brescia and Bologna.

The 31-year-old midfielder who captained Italian club Bologna and also starred in the Greek national side at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, talks to SBS Greek about his goals and ambition.
