QLD police arrest suspect in Greek Cypriot woman’s murder

Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of the 26-year-old Greek Cypriot woman in Brisbane.

Queensland Police have arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with the death of the 26-year-old Ioli Hadjilyra in Brisbane.

The body of Greek Cypriot woman was found in a park last Wednesday.

According to a tweet published on Queensland Police’s official twitter account, “A 34-year-old man is assisting police with their enquiries into Ioli’s death.”
