Scott Morrison announces Climate Solutions Fund

Prime Minister Scott Morrison launch a new pre-election climate change policy, pledging $2 billion for projects to bring down Australia's emissions.

The Climate Solutions Fund is an extension of former prime minister Tony Abbott's Emissions Reduction Fund.

The Prime Minister says the injection of a further $2 billion will ensure Australia meets its 2030 targets without “taking a sledgehammer” to the economy.
