Sri Lanka attacks: One suicide bomber studied in Australia

Sri Lankan authorities have confirmed that one of the suicide bombers involved in the Easter Sunday attacks had previously studied in Australia and the UK.

The Sri Lankan Defence Minister Ruwan Wijewardene said authorities are planning on making further arrests in coming days as they investigate claims of responsibility by IS. 

A further 18 suspects have been arrested in night-time raids, bringing the total number of arrests to 58. 

Mr Wijewardene said one of the suicide bombers studied in UK and then Australia.
