Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has declared a state of emergency to deal with the coronavirus crisis.

A state of emergency has been declared in Victoria to deal with the spread of coronavirus.

The special powers have been declared to enforce the 14-day isolation requirements for all travellers coming into Australia, Premier Daniel Andrews said on Monday.
