Τhird day in a row, Victoria had no new COVID-19 cases and no deaths

The figures, confirmed by the Department of Health and Human Services on Monday, bring Melbourne's 14-day average down to 1.9 cases. Only one mystery case has been recorded in the fortnight to 30 October.
