Women with culturally diverse backgrounds are being prevented from taking up leadership roles according to Dr. Dimitria Groutsis report that has been published recently. The report claims that because of this situation Australian business is paying the price. Maria-Stella Papageorgiou spoke to Dr Groutsis, Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney Business School, about her research and what the business and the women with culturally diverse backgrounds should do to change this situation.
