Civil war torn Libya is currently the scene of great developments. On the one hand is the UN-recognized government of Libya, which signed the memorandum of cooperation with Turkey, and on the other, General Haftar's forces, who say they are ready to occupy Tripoli in the coming days. They are just three kilometers from the capital of Libya.

Turkish President Erdogan has said that if Libya requests military reinforcement, Turkey will support. After all, Turkey has made two agreements with Libya. One for the  delimitation of maritime borders and one for military cooperation.

General Haftar's side, which seems to have the upper hand in power relations, warns that any Turkish ship attempting to enter Libyan territorial waters will be hit and that the MOU agreement with Turkey will "end in the toilet", Libyan Navy Commander Faraz al-Mahnawi said in SKAI T.V: "In a few days we will enter Tripoli. And when we get into Tripoli, Mr. Saraz will leave Libya, and this deal doesn't go through us. We'll throw it in the toilet. We have an order from the army chief to sink (a Turkish ship) there is no other solution. "

Admiral Faraz al-Mahdawi speaks fluent Greek. He has lived in Greece when he studied at the Naval Cadets Scho from 1973 to 1978. Referring to Turkish President Erdogan, he described him as a mobster, while for Libyan Saraz he said is of Turkish descent and signed whatever Turkey wanted: "Erdogan is a mobster. He supports ISIS. He's not a good person. In Libya in Syria around the world (...) Saraz is a Turk. His grandfather is a Turk. That's why they wrote this (agreement). This agreement was written by the Turks and Mr. Saraz only signed it. He did what the Turks wanted".
